Feb. 19

Assault: At 11:22 p.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a reported domestic disturbance. A 29-year-old St. Paul resident was arrested for gross misdemeanor domestic assault, interfering with an emergency call/communications and obstruction of a police officer.

Feb. 20

Theft: At 12:08 p.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a reported theft. The case is under investigation.

Theft: At 5:13 p.m., police responded to Viking Liquor on Highway 13 for a reported theft. The case is pending processing.

Feb. 21

Accident: At 1:41 a.m., police responded to a collision at 140th Street and Mystic Lake Drive. No injuries were reported.

Accident: At 9:10 a.m., police responded to a two-vehicle collision at 140th Street and Greenway Avenue. No injuries were reported.

Theft: At 11:01 a.m., police responded to Dakota Convenience store on Mystic Lake Drive for a drive-off theft. The case is pending processing.

Accident: At 3:08 p.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a two-vehicle collision. No injuries were reported.

Fraud: At 5:34 p.m., police responded to the 14100 block of Badger Circle for a fraud report. The case is pending processing.

Feb. 22

Traffic Criminal: At 12:15 a.m., police responded to Highway 13 and 150th Street. A 63-year-old Savage resident was cited for driving while impaired and failure to drive in a single lane.

Accident: At 12:20 a.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a reported hit-and-run.

Domestic Disturbance: At 12:38 a.m., police responded to the 16700 block of Brunswick Avenue for a domestic disturbance in progress.

Fire: At 11:58 a.m., police responded to the 14100 block of Orchard Circle for a structure fire.

Drug: At 1:40 p.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a reported possession of drugs. The case is under investigation.

Traffic Criminal: At 7:50 p.m., police responded to Little Six Casino. A 48-year-old Woodbury resident was arrested for driving while impaired.

Feb. 23

Fraud: At 12:17 a.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a reported fraud. A 17-year-old boy from St. Michael was cited for gambling under the age of 18.

Assault: At 1:56 p.m., police responded to the 13700 block of McKenna Road. A 13-year-old girl from Minneapolis was arrested for second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and fifth-degree assault – inflicting harm.

Feb. 24

Accident: At 7:39 a.m., police responded to Colorado Street and Main Avenue for a collision. No injuries were reported; the case is pending processing.

Fraud: At 11:18 a.m., police responded to Grainwood Senior Living on Gateway Drive for a fraud report. The case is pending processing.

Accident: At 2:05 p.m., police responded to Mystic Lake Casino for a two-vehicle collision. No injuries were reported.

Accident: At 3 p.m., police responded to Rutledge Street and Lakeview Circle for a two-vehicle collision. The case is pending processing.

Accident: At 10:53 p.m., police responded to the intersection of County Road 42 and Highway 13 for a one-vehicle collision.

Feb. 25

Traffic Criminal: At 1:03 a.m., police responded to County Road 21 and Fish Point Road for a reported driving while impaired infraction. The case is pending processing.

Assault: At 2:07 a.m., police responded to the 16500 block of Spring Avenue. A 33-year-old resident of Prior Lake was arrested for domestic assault – cause fear of bodily harm.
