Join local guest readers for story-telling and fun for kids and family members at the weekly “Spotlight Storytime” being held at the Prior Lake Library between June 26 and Aug. 2.
The event is scheduled for Thursdays beginning at 10:30 a.m. in the large meeting room of the library. All ages are welcome.
The schedule of guest readers is as follows:
- June 26 – Prior Lake Aggregates, construction loader vehicle demo
- July 3 – Scottish Storytime with John McClure of Minnesota Pipes and Drums
- July 10 – Bus stop storytime and school bus
- July 17 – Prior Lake Public Works, snowplow in summer
- July 24 – Taku Wadaka He?/ What Do You See? with Dakota author Joanne Zacharias
- July 31 – Maple syrup stories with Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools’ American Indian Education Coordinator Freddy DeLeon
- Aug. 7 – Dog days of summer with Waggin’ Tales therapy dogs
