Cathy Erickson, Finance Director for the City of Prior Lake since 2017, was recognized at the Aug. 26 city council meeting, upon her retirement from that role.
City Manager Jason Wedel and Mayor Kirt Briggs praised Erickson for her guidance in leading the finance department through years of progress and achievement, noting the city’s current AAA bond rating.
Erickson began working with the city in 2013. The department is now being led by Nicole Kleckner, interim Finance Director.
