Friends and family members are invited to participate in or have fun watching log rolling at Cleary Lake Regional Park on Sunday, July 27 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
Rooted in the history of the logging era in the Midwest, those who teach it say the sport is both safe and fun. Join Outdoor Recreation School instructors in learning the sport. Test new skills with light competition against other participants. No previous experience is required.
There is a cost to participate and reservations are required. Call (763) 559-6700 to make a reservation. The program is open to those who are age 5 and up; children 11 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Cleary Lake Regional Park is operated by the Three Rivers Park District and is located at 18106 Texas Ave, Prior Lake.
