Community Action Partnership Agency serving Scott, Carver and Dakota Counties, will host its annual fundraiser on Thursday, April 10, at the Chaska Event Center.
The CAP Agency provides a multitude of services for local people in need. On an annual basis. 2.72 million pounds of food is provided to 75,000 individuals, approximately 8,000 families receive funding assistance to pay energy bills, children are educated through Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and nearly 1,100 seniors receive Meals on Wheels service.
