Prior Lake’s Laker Educational Foundation will host a Food Truck Festival in downtown Prior Lake on Saturday, May 17 from 3 to 7 p.m.
The event is open to the public and participating food truck vendors will donate a percentage of their sales to the foundation that serves to inspire and enrich creativity, innovation and excellence for all students in Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools.
