Douglas Vevea, 74, of Minneapolis was born to Lawrence and Juanita Vevea on April 24, 1951 in New Prague.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Russell Vevea. Douglas is survived by his sister, Joyce (John) Burt, and a brother, Mark (Debra) Vevea.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale, 3888 West Broadway Ave., Robbinsdale. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Thursday, June 12 at 11 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior at St. Margaret Mary Church, 2323 Zenith Ave. N., Golden Valley.
