The Scott County Attorney’s Office and Choose Not To Use organization announced the first recipients of its local scholarship program.
Recipients with the college they will be attending in the future noted were: Emma Marshall (Winona State), Calvin Capelle (University of Minnesota/Duluth), Hannah Helberg (Bethel), and Joseph Schoemer (University of Minnesota/Twin Cities) and Jessica McConnell.
Each student received $2,000 to be used toward their college education. All recipients were Prior Lake High School students.
