This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between June 10-17. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
June 17
Property damage: A resident on Brookemere Boulevard made a report of property damage to police at 7:48 a.m.
Medical: Police responded to a medical emergency on Lake Haven Court at 11:15 a.m.
Suspicious activity: A Sunray Court resident called police at 11:26 a.m. to report a suspicious person.
Hazard: Police took care of a road hazard at the roundabout located at Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue.
Medical: Police were called to a medical emergency on Inguadona Beach Circle at 1:06 p.m. Another report of a medical emergency was received at 1:46 at a business located on Green Heights Trail. Three more medical calls were responded to by police that afternoon at these locations: Main Avenue, Dove Court and Green Heights Trail.
Disturbance: Police were called to Butterfield Court at 9:54 p.m. following a report of an unwanted guest.
June 18
Suspicious vehicle: A business on Wilds Pass called police at 12:29 a.m. about a suspicious vehicle.
Medical: A resident living on Rolling Oaks Circle requested assistance with a medical emergency at 8:13 a.m.
Drug possession: Police were called to a business on Mystic Lake Drive at 8:56 a.m. to investigate a report of drug possession. They arrested a 42-year-old Minneapolis man for gross misdemeanor warrants involving obstruction of legal process and theft that had been issued by Hennepin County. Another 44-year-old Minneapolis resident was also arrested for a gross misdemeanor Hennepin County warrant for providing false information to police.
Fraud: A resident living on 160th Street made a report of fraud at 1 p.m. The case is pending processing.
Trespass: A 41-year-old Columbia Heights woman was arrested for a misdemeanor Anoka County warrant for trespassing and was also cited for trespassing at 4:42 p.m.
Medical: Police were called to an apartment complex on Toronto Avenue upon receiving a medical emergency call at 10:26 p.m.
June 19
Suspicious vehicle: A resident living on Cedarwood Trail reported a suspicious vehicle at Sand Point Park at 1:14 a.m.
Accident: An accident involving a vehicle driven by a 71-year-old Prior Lake man and an e-motorbike occurred at 11:41 a.m. at the intersection of Raspberry Ridge Road and Eagle Creek Avenue. No injuries were reported.
Accident: A two-vehicle accident occurred on Sioux Trail at 3:07 p.m. Drivers included a 55-year-old man from Farmington and a 63-year-old woman from Texas. No injuries were reported.
Harassment: A Cambridge Circle resident reported to police at 6:57 p.m. that they were being harassed.
June 20
Harassment: At 8:09 a.m., police received a report of harassment from a person living on Pershing Street.
Medical: Police assisted with a medical emergency at 11:32 a.m. on Main Avenue.
Theft: Police responded to a theft-in-progress call made from a business on Highway 13 at 12:06 p.m. The incident reportedly involved a Facebook Marketplace transaction.
Fraud: A resident living on Shepherd’s Path called police at 1:15 p.m. to report an email scam. There was no monetary loss to the reporting party.
Property damage: Police were called to a residence on Hampton Street to investigate a report of property damage.
Suspicious person: Police received a report of a suspicious person at 6:03 p.m. near Markley Lake Drive and Credit River Road.
June 21
Medical: Police were called to assist with five separate medical emergencies during the morning hours of June 21. Locations included: 170th Street at 8:24 a.m., Shepherd’s Path at 8:55 a.m., Five Hawks Avenue at 9:13 a.m., Hickory Circle at 11:51 a.m. and Fox Tail Trail at 11:57 a.m.
Accident: No injuries were reported in an accident that occurred at 12:18 p.m. near the O’Reilly Auto Parts store and 160th Street. Drivers were a 28-year-old Jordan man and a 72-year-old man from Prior Lake.
Accident: Police were called to the Sand Point Beach access at 1:51 p.m. to investigate an accident. The case is under investigation.
Suspicious person: Police went to Sand Point Beach at 10:50 p.m. to respond to a report of a suspicious person.
June 22
Suspicious vehicle: Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle at 12:32 a.m. near Grainwood Park and Quincy Street.
Accident: A two-vehicle accident was reported at 10:54 a.m. near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Quincy Street. Drivers included a 34-year-0ld woman from Faribault and a 47-year-old man from Kasson. No injuries were reported.
Medical: Police received two calls to assist with medical emergencies in the evening hours of June 22. Calls were located on Fox Tail Court and McKenna Road.
June 23
Theft: Police responded to a call from a resident living on Brunswick Avenue who reported a theft from a motor vehicle.
Suspicious activity: Police investigated a report of suspicious activity at 1:38 p.m. on Green Heights Trail.
Fraud: A report of identity theft was made at 2:25 p.m. by a Pointe Pass resident. The incident was forwarded to another agency.
Threats: A Wilds Ridge resident made a report of threats at 7:10 p.m. The case is pending processing.
June 24
Suspicious activity: Police investigated a report received at 12:04 a.m. regarding suspicious activity occurring at a business on Dakota Street.
Medical: Police assisted with a medical emergency that was reported on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 12:57 a.m.
Fraud: A Willowwood Street resident reported an incident involving fraud at 11:12 a.m. The case is pending.
