Spring Lake Regional Park will provide the opportunity to read while strolling the lakeside trail.
Family-friendly books can be read on the walk. Instead of turning pages, participants will walk from sign to sign to read the content nicluded on each. The story stroll will be available from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13. Story signs will be posted on the lakeside trail at the south entrance to the park, allowing participants to enjoy nature, a story and beautiful lake views.
The program is free and open to all ages. Children 11 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
The south entrance to Spring Lake Regional Park is located at 2201 Spring Lake Road in Prior Lake and is operated by Three Rivers Park District.
