NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
A REQUEST FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
MAJOR AMENDMENT
You are hereby notified that the Prior Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Prior Lake City Hall, located at 4646 Dakota Street SE, on Monday, August 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
Rachel Development, on behalf of the property owner Ripley Land Co LLC, is requesting a Major Amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan for Jeffers Pond 10th Addition.
Jeffers Pond 10th Addition was approved by the Prior Lake City Council in February 2024 and included an approximate 2-acre outlot reserved for future commercial development. The purpose of the PUD amendment is to request approval to construct an approximate 11,320 sq. ft. commercial daycare on the western half of the commercial outlot.
If you wish to be heard in reference to this matter, you should attend the public hearing. The Planning Commission will consider oral and written comments. If you have questions regarding this matter, please contact the Prior Lake Community Development Department at (952) 447-9810 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
