NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
A REQUEST FOR VARIANCES AT 14416 WATERSEDGE TRL NE
You are hereby notified that the Prior Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Prior Lake City Hall, located at 4646 Dakota Street SE, on August 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Jeffery Milkie and Amy Goin are requesting variances to add a 4-Season family room to the rear of their property, where a deck is located, and construct a new deck on the rear of the home.
The variances being requested are as follows:
