The Laker Educational Foundation will host a fundraising dinner at Spring Lake Farm on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 5 to 8 p.m.

The third annual “Sip and Support” farm-to-table dinner will feature seasonal appetizers and a three-course plated meal highlighting produce raised on the organic farm and meat from a local rancher in Elko-New Market.

Guests will also have the opportunity to browse and bid on silent auction items that were locally produced and donated by community businesses and residents. The silent auction will also go live online on Monday, Nov. 3.

Proceeds from the event will benefit students through the Laker Educational Foundation’s Laker Impact Project, “Every Buddy’s Playground,” which strives to create inclusive and accessible playgrounds at all Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools elementary locations.
