
A class focusing on cardiovascular health, building functional strength and improving balance will begin on Monday, Nov. 3 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Club Prior.
The class is intended to produce a full-body workout designed for active adults who wish to stay healthy and independent. A variety of tools will be used, including light hand-held weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises, all of which can be done seated, standing or with a chair when needed.
The class is free with a donation for the instructor suggested. Fees may be charged beginning in 2026.
