The purpose of the public hearing is to consider vacating a sanitary sewer easement located in the rear yards at 4662 and 4664 Dakota Street SE. The property is legally described as: Lots 2 and 3, City Hall Plaza, Scott County, MN. Address: 4662 & 4664 Dakota Street SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372

The sanitary sewer easement legal description is: Beginning at a point on the center line of Third Street 163 feet North of the intersection of the center lines of Dakota Street and Third Street, thence Westerly a distance of 185 feet to a point which is 128.9 feet North of the center line of Dakota Street.
