“Miles of Strength,” a 5-K fundraiser supporting children’s leukemia, will be held in honor of nine-year-old Adalyn Shepard who passed away in July of 2024 days after being diagnosed with blood cancer.
The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 26, at Ponds Park in Prior Lake. Participants are encouraged to wear purple or orange, her favorite colors.
