This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between July 1-8. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

July 8

Medical: Police assisted with three medical calls on this day. Call locations and times included: Gateway Street at 12:07 p.m., Fountain Hills Drive at 6:13 p.m. and Green Heights Trail at 9:02 p.m.

Theft: A resident living on Fountain Hills Court reported the theft of a leaf blower at 2:35 p.m.

Harassment: Police received a report of in-person harassment at 11:31 p.m. by a resident living on Wilderness Ridge Road.

July 9

Fraud: A business located on 160th Street reported an incident of fraud at 9:08 a.m.

Accident: A two-vehicle accident occurred on Mystic Lake Boulevard and reported at 10:16 a.m. Drivers included a 58-year-0ld Prior Lake man and a 35-year-old St. Paul man. No injuries resulted from the accident.

Medical: Four requests for medical assistances were responded to by Prior Lake police. Locations and call times were: Toronto Avenue, 11:22 a.m.; Shepherd’s Path, 12:00 p.m.; Gateway Street, 1:34 p.m.; and Wildwood Trail, 2:35 p.m.

Suspicious vehicle: Police were called to Thomas Ryan Memorial Park at 11:43 p.m. to investigate a report of a suspicious vehicle.

July 10

Disturbance: Police responded to a report of an unwanted guest at 2:07 a.m. and reported at a Main Avenue business.

Medical: Four medical calls were responded to by Prior Lake Police on this day. Locations and times of the calls were: Pondview Trail, 12:17 p.m.; Summit Circle, 12:21 p.m.; and two at Mystic Lake Casino, 1:38 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.

Fire: A structure fire was reported at Water Tower Place Condos on Tower Street at 3:49 p.m.

Carbon Monoxide: Police responded to a carbon monoxide alarm call on Condons Street at 6:26 p.m.

July 11

Medical: Police assisted with 16 medical calls on this day, of which eight originated at Lakefront Park at various times throughout the day. Other locations and call times were: Tranquility Court, 10:34 a.m.; Rolling Oaks Circle, 1:15 p.m.; Tranquility Court, 4:26 p.m.; Crossandra Street, 6:42 p.m.;Highpointe Court, 7:11 p.m.; Gateway Street, 7:26 p.m.; McKenna Road, 11:03 p.m.; and 160th Street, 11:38 p.m.

Nuisance: Police received six nuisance calls involving a solicitor. Call locations included: Wood Duck Trail, Haas Lake Circle, Preserve Boulevard, Hampton Street, Glynwater Trail and Grouse Circle.

Fraud: A resident living on Five Hawks Avenue reported an incident of fraud to police at 4:54 p.m.

Theft: Police received a call from a resident living on Crossandra Circle who reported mail valued at $400 was taken.

Liquor violation: A 20-year-old Prior Lake woman was cited for underage possession of alcohol in Lakefront Park.

July 12

Disturbance: Police were called to a business on Highway 13 at 1:35 a.m. when a report of an unwanted guest was received.

Warrant: Police arrested a 40-year-old St. Paul woman on Mystic Lake Boulevard for three Scott County warrants, including felony theft, felony fifth degree drug possession and gross misdemeanor possession of a pistol without a permit.

Assault: A 33-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for felony domestic assault by strangulation, misdemeanor domestic assault with intention to cause fear/harm and misdemeanor assault to intentionally inflect or attempt to inflict bodily harm.

Liquor violation: Seventeen people were cited for underage consumption in Lakefront Park between 7:30 and 10 p.m.

July 13

Medical: Police responded to four medical calls on this day. Locations and times were: Fox Tail Trail, 12:22 a.m.; Oak Ridge Circle, 12:49 a.m.; Park Nicollet Avenue, 2:29 p.m.; and Sunray Circle, 7:08 p.m.

Harassment: A resident living on Pleasant Street called police to report in-person harassment at 1:38 a.m.

Theft: A 17-year-old male was cited for misdemeanor motor vehicle tampering and petty misdemeanor underage consumption of alcohol following police being called to Big Horn Pass at 2:04 a.m.

Fraud: A Park Nicollet Avenue resident called police at 1:06 p.m. to report fraud. The case is under investigation.

Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred at 4:43 p.m. near Adelmann Street and Cottonwood Lane. The case is under investigation.

DWI: A 57-year-old Golden Valley man was arrested for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI, gross misdemeanor third degree DWI with one aggravating factor, gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation after being stopped at 6:49 p.m. on Whispering Oaks.

July 14

Theft: Police responded to a theft report received from a resident on Tranquility Court at 8:29 a.m.

Fraud: A Brooks Circle resident called police at 10:47 a.m. to report fraud via a phone scam.

Medical: Police responded to two medical calls on this day. Locations and times were: Bounty Street at 8:59 a.m. and 140th Street at 12:57 p.m.

Accidents: An accident occurred near the round-about at Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue at 1:45 p.m. No injuries were reported. Another accident without injuries was reported at 5:25 p.m. near Flandreau Trail and Mystic Lake Drive.

July 15

Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred at Highway 13 and Fish Point Road at 7:53 a.m.

Medical: Police assisted with medical emergencies on this day. Locations and times included: Crownline Drive at 10:04 a.m. and 140th Street at 12:51 p.m.

Harassment: Police responded to two reports of electronic harassment from residents living on McKenna Road and Pondview Trail.

Property damage: Police were called to Crest Avenue and 140th Street at 3:30 p.m. to investigate a report of property being damaged. Another report of property damage was received from a resident on Waterfall Way at 6:31 p.m.
