KJ Walk Inc. is proposing a Preliminary Plat and Preliminary Planned Unit Development to be known as Stone Path in the R-1: Low Density Residential Zoning District for an 11-lot single-family residential development. The subject property is located 4730 140th ST NE, Prior Lake, MN.
