TO CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR VARIANCES AT 6412 CONROY ST NE
You are hereby notified that the Prior Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Prior Lake City Hall, located at 4646 Dakota Street SE, on: Monday, September 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Copper Creek LLC is requesting variances of 5% reduction of impervious surface and setbacks from the OHW 904 (Ordinary High Watermark).
The variances being requested are as follows:
