Notice is hereby given that the Prior Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota Street SE, Prior Lake, MN, on Monday, May 18, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request by PINNACLE FAMILY HOMES LLC for approval of a Preliminary Plat and a Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a 62-lot single family residential development to be known as Campbell Shores. The public hearing will also include consideration of a requested variance from the minimum 50% open space requirement in each tier of a shoreland PUD overlay district.
The site is 40.36 gross acres in size and located in the northwest corner of the 170th Street East and Marschall Road (CH 17) intersection; directly north of the Springview Meadows development.
The subject property is legally described as follows:
