Notice is hereby given that the Prior Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota Street SE, Prior Lake, MN, on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a request by Pulte Homes of Minnesota LLC for approval of a Combined Preliminary and Final Plat for a development to be known as Marlow Ridge.
The subject property is located 14091 Eagle Creek Ave NE, Prior Lake, Minnesota and is legally described as follows: Parcel A: The NW ¼ of the NW ¼ and the S ½ of the NW ¼, except the E250 ft of the N 435.60 ft of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 26, Township 115, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota.
