Prior Lake resident Jill Kufrin is one of the volunteer photographers helping to capture unique images of people, places and events in our community. She and 10 other brave and bundled-up snowshoers signed up for the full moon snowshoe hike at Cleary Lake Regional Park, led by Alli Adrian, a naturalist with Three Rivers Parks District on Feb. 2. The trek was organized by the Women’s Wellness and Nature Group from Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church. While it was only 20 degrees, Kufrin reported that the night was perfect, with no wind and a light snow cover — and it was great to be back on snowshoes after a 40-year hiatus.
