November 11
Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred on Credit River Road at 3:26 p.m. A person riding an E-bike through the Culver’s restaurant parking lot struck a truck.
Assault: A 43-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested by police at 8:40 p.m. for misdemeanor domestic assault.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Wilds Lane, 12:22 p.m.; Fish Point Road, 2:29 p.m.; Jeffers Parkway, 4:05 p.m.
November 12
Accident: A woman driving on Stonebriar Circle at 10:05 a.m. swerved and struck a parked U-Haul truck. No injuries were reported.
Accident: Police investigated an accident that occurred at 8:17 p.m. near the intersection of County Road 42 and Eagle Creek Boulevard. The driver of one car was waiting to turn onto Eagle Creek from County Road 42 and was struck from behind by another driver. There was minimal damage to both vehicles and no injuries were reported.
Theft: Police investigated a report of theft at 1:40 p.m. from a motor vehicle parked on Wild Oaks Terrace.
Theft: Police received a report at 3:14 p.m. regarding items being taken from a home on Parkside Court.
Property Damage: Police received a report at 4:21 p.m. involving someone driving on the grass of Field #9 at Ponds Park.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Wilds Path, 2:20 a.m.; Deerfield Drive, 8:02 a.m.; Simpkins Drive, 1:11 p.m.; Fisher Avenue, 3:54 p.m.; Butternut Circle, 6 p.m.
November 13
Accident: A two-car accident occurred near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and 154th Street at 8:10 a.m. The driver of one vehicle rear-ended the other. No injuries were reported.
Theft: Mail theft was reported at 8:24 a.m. by a resident living on Franklin Trail.
Lock-out: Police assisted with opening a vehicle on Canter Lane that had a five-month-old child locked inside. The car keys of the person requesting assistance were located inside of the vehicle.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Sage Way, 3:56 a.m.; Eagle Creek Avenue, 8:54 a.m.; McKenna Road, 6:38 p.m.
November 14
Warrant: A 39-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for a Scott County felony warrant for disseminating child sexual abuse material, felony solicitation of a child or believed to be a child, and felony possession of child sexual abuse material. The arrest occurred on Highway 13.
Traffic Criminal: A 54-year-old Lakeville woman was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Main Avenue for fourth degree driving while impaired.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Pheasant Meadow Lane, 12:25 a.m.; Park Nicollet Avenue, 5:27 a.m.; Luther Road, 11:07 a.m.; Brunswick Avenue, 3:56 p.m.; McKenna Road, 9:12 p.m.
November 15
Accident: Police investigated a two-car accident that occurred at 2:01 p.m. at Eagle Creek Avenue and County Road 42. The driver of one vehicle was stopped near the intersection and was rear-ended by another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Hazard: Police removed a dead deer from the roadway at 5:54 a.m. after it had been struck near Eagle Creek Boulevard and Revere Way.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Deerfield Drive, 12:05 a.m.; Park Nicollet Avenue, 9:45 a.m.
November 16
Assault: Two 18-year-old men from Prior Lake were arrested on Carriage Lane at 12:02 a.m. for domestic assault.
Weapons: An 18-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on Fox Tail Trail for a felony warrant issued by Hennepin County for first degree armed robbery and second degree burglary.
Accident: Two vehicles collided at 5:19 p.m. while driving on County Road 42 near Highway 13. Both were traveling eastbound and one rear-ended the other. No injuries were reported.
Accident: A car hit a deer at 5:57 p.m. while traveling near Eagle Creek Avenue and Revere Way.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Willowwood Street, 3:32 a.m.; Colorado Street, 9:32 a.m.
November 17
Accident: Injuries were reported following a two-car accident reported at 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fish Point Road and Eagle Creek Avenue.
Hazard: Police were dispatched at 3:10 p.m. following a report of a gas line being hit on Mniowe Trail. The call was cancelled after being notified Centre Point Energy had been dispatched to the site.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Pointe Pass, 12:42 p.m.; Shepherd’s Path, 9:21 p.m.
November 18
Accident: A report of a hit-and-run incident involving property damage to a fence on Fairview Road was investigated by police at 1:57 p.m.
