This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between Nov. 11-18, 2025. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
November 18
Traffic – Criminal: A 25-year-old Lakeville man was cited for driving under the influence of cannabis/hemp and cannabis open package.
Disturbance: A verbal disturbance was reported at 8:04 at a residence located on Jordan Avenue.
Suspicious Person: A resident living near 150th Street and Fairlawn Shores Trail reported that a man was wandering around the neighborhood who said he had run out of gas. Police gave the man a ride to Sand Point Park where his vehicle had been parked.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Regal Pass, 12:16 a.m.; McKenna Road, 2:41 a.m.; Rolling Oaks Circle, 2:40 p.m.

November 19
Accident: A semi-trailer making a delivery at 10:18 a.m. at Five Hawks Elementary School was attempting a U-turn and struck two unoccupied vehicles that were parked in the parking lot.
Domestic: A Marsh Drive resident reported that her boyfriend had become verbally abusive but left before police arrived at 9:20 a.m.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Fountain Hills Drive, 3:03 p.m.
November 20
Theft: A theft from a motor vehicle parked on Mystic Lake Boulevard was reported to police at 2:03 a.m.
Accident: Police were dispatched to an accident that occurred on McKenna Road at 8:07 a.m. Upon arrival, they found one of the parties had left the scene but both drivers had exchanged insurance information.
Fraud: A report of fraud by a Duluth Avenue resident was received at 10:40 a.m. and the case is under investigation.
Warrant: A 64-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for a Scott County gross misdemeanor warrant for third degree DWI.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Red Oaks Road, 6:38 a.m.; Fox Tail Trail, 8:02 a.m.; Wilderness Trail, 5:36 p.m.
November 21
Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred at 7:47 a.m. near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive and 140th Street.
Fraud: A resident living on Wilderness Circle made a report to police at 12:26 p.m. that involved mail fraud.
Property Damage: A Woodview Court resident called police at 10:20 p.m. and reported that he believed juveniles had cut a string of his Christmas lights outside of his home and asked that police provide additional patrols to his neighborhood in the future.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Industrial Lane, 11:57 a.m.; Basswood Circle, 3:47 p.m.; Hawk Ridge Court, 10:21 p.m.
November 22
Accident: Police observed two vehicles parked on the side of the road near the intersection of Highway 13 and Panama Avenue at 10:16 a.m. The respective drivers had exited their vehicles and were talking. A rock reportedly came off the rear of a semi-trailer and struck the other vehicle. Both drivers did not want to have law enforcement involved.
Drug Possession: A 56-year-old man from Cambridge was arrested on Mystic Lake Boulevard for a misdemeanor trespass warrant out of Scott County, misdemeanor trespass and felony fifth degree drug possession.
Warrant: A 39-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for a felony Scott County warrant for second degree burglary and fifth degree drug possession.
Disturbance: A Brunswick Avenue resident called police at 8:07 p.m. to report that a door dash driver who had already left the area was verbally abusive. The resident said she wanted the incident documented and she would be leaving the driver a negative review.

November 23
Disturbance: A 27-year-old Edina man was cited for misdemeanor disorderly conduct, brawling/fighting. A 30-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for misdemeanor criminal disorderly conduct, brawling/fighting and misdemeanor DWI, Scott County warrant. The incident occurred at 12:51 a.m.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Mystic Lake Boulevard, 12:36 a.m.; Wilds Lane, 11:31 a.m.
November 24
Drug Possession: A 52-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 8:27 a.m. for fifth degree possession of methamphetamine.
Accident: A deer was struck by a vehicle at 5:03 p.m. near Crest Avenue and 140th Street. Another car-deer accident was reported at 7:50 p.m. at 140th Street and Mystic Lake Drive.

November 25
Drug Possession: A 36-year-old Shoreview man was arrested for an active warrant out of Ramsey County for misdemeanor hit-and-run and felony possession of a fifth-degree controlled substance.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Jeffers Pass, 10:59 a.m.; Jeffers Pass, 12:11 p.m.
