January 13
Assault: Police responded to a call on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 2:13 a.m. and arrested a 37-year-old St. Paul man for domestic assault, inflicting bodily harm and causing fear of harm.
Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred at 5:41 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 13 and Panama Avenue.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: McKenna Road, 1:06 a.m.; Mystic Lake Boulevard, 5:01 a.m.; Mystic Lake Boulevard, 2:12 p.m.; Ridgemont Avenue, 4:47 p.m.; Fish Point Road, 5:47 p.m.; Jeffers Parkway, 6:03 p.m.; Trail of Dreams, 6:41 p.m.
January 14
Theft: Two reports of theft were made by parties on Tower Street. One report came in at 11:01 a.m. while the other was made at 5:18 p.m. Both cases are under investigation.
Accident: Police were called to the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive and County Road 42 which involved a rear-end collision at 1:21 p.m.
Burglary: Police responded to a report of commercial burglary at 1:22 a.m. on Fountain Hills Drive. The case has been sent for review of charges.
Accident: An accident occurred at 3:48 p.m. near the intersection of Franklin Trail and Eagle Creek Avenue and no injuries were reported.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Stonebriar Circle, 4:09 a.m.; Wozani Ocanku, 10:54 a.m.; Cates Street, 9:05 p.m.; Deerfield Lane, 9:07 p.m.
January 15
Accident: A driver backing out of a parking spot on Sioux Trail struck another vehicle in the parking lot at 11:28 a.m.
Traffic Criminal: A 76-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI with two or more aggravating factors, gross misdemeanor second degree refusal to test and petty misdemeanor failure to drive in a single lane. The arrest was made at 10:50 p.m. near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Franklin Trail.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Rolling Oaks Circle, 4:58 a.m.; Gateway Street, 9:05 a.m.; Manitou Road, 9:13 a.m.; Woodside Road, 11:12 a.m.; Spring Lake Road, 11:54 a.m.; East Oak Point Drive, 1:06 p.m.; Fountain Hills Drive, 6:08 p.m.
January 16
Traffic Criminal: A 60-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI, third degree driving while impaired with one aggravating factor, having a blood alcohol level of .16 and failure to drive in a single lane.
Hazard: Police were called to a home on Pleasant Street at 11:31 a.m. after a construction worker severed a gas line and caused a leak. The Prior Lake Fire Department also responded and turned off the gas.
Accident: A driver traveling near West Woodland Trail and Lois Lane at 9:08 p.m. slid into a snowbank.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Ridgemont Avenue, 4:59 p.m.
January 17
Motor Vehicle: Police investigated a report at 1:06 a.m. regarding a vehicle being stolen from River Birch Lane. The case is under investigation.
Assault: A 36-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault, inflicting bodily harm and causing fear of harm. The report was made by a party on 170th Street at 1:37 a.m.
Order Violation: A 23-year-old Prior Lake person was arrested for two counts of domestic assault no contact order. The incident originated from a party on Toronto Avenue at 1:49 a.m.
Disturbance: Police were called to Santee Circle at 4:29 a.m. to investigate a report received from an Uber driver that their passenger was intoxicated. Officers arrived at the scene after the driver had cancelled the ride. The passenger was aware of the surroundings and police assisted her back into her home.
Hazard: Police were called to the intersection of Highway 13 and Candy Cove Trail at 8:49 a.m. A manhole cover had become dislodged and police remedied the situation.
Accident: Police received a report of an accident that occurred at 6:51 p.m. at Eagle Creek Avenue and 154th Street. No one was injured.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Gateway Street, 10:49 a.m.; Woodside Road, 11:21 a.m.; 160th Street, 3:36 p.m.
January 18
Suspicious: Police observed two people in a vehicle parked on Kop Parkway at 10:50 p.m. They were advised of park hours and left the scene shortly thereafter.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Credit River Road, 10:41 a.m.; Credit River Road, 4:17 p.m.; Fountain Hills Drive, 4:56 p.m.; Kennett Curve, 9:55 p.m.
January 19
Accident: Police received a report of a driver backing into the side of another vehicle while parked near Timber Crest Drive and Bluff Heights trail at 2:24 p.m.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Breezy Point Road, 8:11 a.m.
January 20
