This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between October 14-21, 2025. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
October 14
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical calls with location and time noted: Shepherd’s Path, 12:31 a.m.; Brookmere Boulevard, 7:10 p.m.; Sunset Trail, 7:51 p.m.; Credit River Road, 11:19 p.m.
Accident: Prior Lake officers assisted the Minnesota State Patrol with traffic control and gathering evidence following an accident with reported injuries that occurred at 9:43 a.m. near the intersection of Highway 13 and Candy Cove Trail.
Assault: A 20-year-old Rosemount woman was arrested at 11:11 a.m. on McKenna Road for felony second degree assault, misdemeanor domestic assault, misdemeanor fifth degree assault and misdemeanor intentional release of a harmful substance.
Harassment: Police responded to a report of in-person harassment on Commerce Avenue at 2:29 p.m.
Hazard: A gas line being hit on Northwood Road by an internet company working in the area was reported to police at 3:55 p.m. The Prior Lake Fire Department also responded.
Accident: Police were called at 4:19 p.m. to the intersection of Highway 13 and Oakland Beach after receiving a report that a vehicle had spun out and landed in the ditch. Prior to their arrival, the vehicle had left the scene and police were unable to locate it.
Accident: An accident without injuries was reported at 9:19 p.m. at Fish Point Road and Snell Lane. The case is pending processing.
Hazard: Police responded to a call at 10:31 p.m. regarding a branch that had fallen on a power line located on Inguadona Beach Circle. The Prior Lake Fire Department was also called, handled the situation and the incident was reported to Xcel Energy.
October 15
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical calls with location and time noted: Mystic Lake Boulevard, 2:48 a.m.; Park Nicollet Avenue, 6:15 p.m.; Tranquility Court, 7:53 p.m.
Suspicious: Police received a report at 12:08 a.m. involving an unfamiliar vehicle being parked on Glynwater Trail. Police spoke to a passenger in the vehicle who said she was hanging out with her boyfriend. The party left shortly thereafter.
Rescue: At 5:57 a.m., police were called to assist with rescuing a woman who was stuck in an elevator on Marsh Drive.
Trespass: A 39-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on Sioux Trail at 6:30 a.m. for a Scott County warrant that had been issued for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
Fraud: A Bayview Circle resident reported to police at 11:30 a.m. that fraudulent charges appeared on her debit card that totaled nearly $452.
Harassment: A resident of Fawn Meadow Curve reported to police at 11:55 a.m. they were being harassed through electronic communication. The party was advised to continue blocking the accounts.
Fraud: A Bluebird Trail resident made a report of fraud to police at 4:04 p.m. The case is pending processing.
October 16
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical calls with location and time noted: Wilds Lane, 11:30 a.m.; 170th Street, 11:59 a.m.; Bounty Street, 3:45 p.m.; Pointe Pass, 6:14 p.m.; Colorado Street, 6:27 p.m.; Tranquility Court, 6:46 p.m.; Enclave Court, 6:46 p.m.
Hazard: Police moved a dead deer off of the roadway near 140th Street and Crest Avenue at 2:15 a.m.
Fraud: A Candlewood Lane resident reported an incident involving fraud at 8:44 a.m. The case is pending processing.
Drugs: A 35-year-old man from St. Paul was arrested at 6:58 a.m. on Wilds Path for two counts of fifth degree possession of a controlled substance, obstructing legal process without force, and a felony warrant from Hennepin County. A 30-year-old woman from Shoreview was also cited for trespassing.
Accident: An accident was reported at 11:57 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 13 and Rustic Road. When police arrived, the parties were departing the scene after saying they had exchanged information and no one needed assistance.
October 17
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical calls with location and time noted: Cross Street, 1:56 a.m.; Fawn Meadow Curve, 7:29 a.m.; Highway 13, 8:29 a.m.; Fountain Hills Drive, 2:38 p.m.; Shepherd’s Path, 5:50 p.m.; Maple Trail, 9:13 p.m.
Fraud: Police are investigating a report of fraud made by a Lake Ridge Drive resident.
Accident: No injuries were reported in an accident that occurred on Main Avenue at 5:12 p.m. One car was backing out of a parking spot while another was attempting to park. Both vehicles sustained minor damage.
Drugs: Police arrested a 56-year-old man from Jordan at 7:12 p.m. for fifth degree possession of methamphetamines. A 47-year-old woman from Waseca was also cited for driving after revocation. The arrest was made near the intersection of County Road 21 and Fish Point Road.
Drugs: A 46-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Duluth Avenue for a misdemeanor warrant that had been issued by Dakota County for failing to appear in court. A 38-year-old woman from Prior Lake was also cited for driving after revocation.
Warrant: A 48-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested on a Dakota County warrant for driving while intoxicated and cited for driving after revocation.
October 18
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical calls with location and time noted: Edgewater Circle, 5:30 a.m.; Mystic Lake Boulevard, 11 a.m.; Tranquility Court, 11:04 a.m.; Sunflower Way, 12:08 p.m.
Fire: Sparks from a small bonfire ignited a tree in the yard of an Anna Trail residence at 6:10 p.m. The Prior Lake Fire Department arrived and put the fire out.
Fraud: Charges are being reviewed following a report of fraud by an Anna Trail resident at 6:21 p.m.
October 19
Disturbance: Police were called to help resolve a verbal argument at 2:27 a.m. on Five Hawks Avenue. Officers determined no crime had been committed after interviewing both parties and because of the pattern of increased calls for service, advised the parties about longer-term solutions since both lived at the apartment.
Property damage: Police received a report of property damage on Sycamore Trail at 9:57 a.m.
Suspicious: A woman reported to police at 8:50 p.m. that she saw a person on her Ring doorbell camera who was hiding against her house. It was determined that a spiderweb covered the lens of the camera.
Assault: A 37-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Timber Crest Drive for misdemeanor domestic assault, inflicting body harm and causing fear of harm.
October 20
Medical: Police assisted with the following medical call with location and time noted: Bluebird Trail, 11:02 a.m.
Fraud: A Deerfield Drive resident reported at 11:10 a.m. an incident involving fraud. The case is under investigation.
Animal: Police responded to a report of a loose animal at 9:15 p.m. near Highway 13 and Fish Point Road.
October 21
