This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between Nov. 4 – 11, 2025. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
November 4
Traffic Criminal: A 21-year-old Prior Lake woman was cited for fourth degree driving while impaired at 5:14 a.m. on Red Oaks Road.
Other Offenses: Police are investigating a report received at 1:26 p.m. involving forgery and counterfeiting that allegedly occurred on Park Nicollet Avenue.
Warrant: An 18-year-old Golden Valley man was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard for a felony warrant that had been issued by Wadena County.
Accident: A rear-end collision that occurred at 2:40 p.m. near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Quincy Street resulted in no injuries.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Brunswick Avenue, 10:33 a.m.; Cedarwood Trail, 2:47 p.m.; Island View Road, 6:53 p.m.
November 5
Animal: Police responded to a report of a deceased cat found at the intersection of Eagle Creek and Duluth avenues. The animal, which had no tags, appeared to be feral and was disposed of at the city’s maintenance shop.
Obstruction: A 58-year-old Robbinsdale man was arrested at 12:44 p.m. for misdemeanor harassment and restraining order violation.
Traffic Criminal: A 60-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested near Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue for driving while intoxicated and fourth degree driving while impaired.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Tower Street, 11:10 a.m.; Gateway Street, 8:48 p.m.

November 6
Assist: Police stopped near the intersection of county roads 42 and 83 at 12:08 a.m. where a vehicle was parked on the side of the road. The passenger indicated there had been an argument with the driver who departed the vehicle on foot. Officers spoke to both parties and confirmed no crime had been committed. All parties left the scene without further incident.
Suspicious: Police investigated an open door to a work truck at 3:17 a.m. near Dunkirk Avenue and Pershing Street. The vehicle contained high-value tools. There was no evidence of tampering. Police attempted to contact the owner.
Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that involved a car and a deer at 6:58 a.m. at Eagle Creek Avenue and Carriage Hills Parkway.
Stolen Property: A 43-year-old man from West St. Paul was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard for misdemeanor receiving of stolen property.
Fraud: A Marshfield Lane resident reported attempted email fraud at 11:44 a.m.
Suspicious: A vehicle with the driver’s door open was reported on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 6:01 p.m. Police shut the door and left a note on the vehicle.
Traffic Criminal: A 59-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested near the intersection of Highway 13 and Candy Cove Trail for driving while intoxicated, fourth degree driving while impaired, stop sign violation and right-turn violation.
Accident: A car hit a deer at 10:40 p.m. near 160th Street and Fish Point Road; no injuries were reported.
Animal: Police were dispatched to the intersection of Highway 13 and Rustic Road where a deceased deer that was blocking the roadway was removed.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Highland Court, 5:38 a.m.; Franklin Trail, 1:02 p.m.
November 7
Accident: No injuries were reported after a car hit a deer at 3:14 a.m. near Eagle Creek Avenue and Revere Way.
Accident: An accident was reported at 11:13 p.m. near Mystic Lake Drive and 140th Street. The case is pending finalization of the report.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Shepherd’s Path, 1:15 a.m.; Lilac Lane, 1:59 a.m.; Main Avenue, 12:44 p.m.; Credit River Road, 1:13 p.m.; Franklin Trail, 5:37 p.m.
November 8
Robbery: Charges are being reviewed following a report of a robbery on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 1:46 a.m.
Animal: Four Paws Animal Control was called at 2:29 p.m. to remove a dead cat near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Highway 13.
Burglary: Police investigated a report of a storage unit being broken into that was located on Adelmann Street. The report was made at 2:43 p.m.
Traffic Criminal: A 64-year-old Blaine woman was arrested on Sioux Trail at 3:52 p.m. for driving while intoxicated and third degree driving while impaired.
Accident: An accident that occurred on Main Avenue at 7:51 p.m. is under investigation, but no injuries were reported.
Assist: Police received a call at 6:22 p.m. from a person who was locked inside of the gate at Park Place Storage on Credit River Road. The management company of the facility was called and sent a code to the officer that allowed him to open the gate.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: McKenna Road, 5:06 a.m.; Carriage Hills Road, 7:17 a.m.; Island View Road, 11:06 p.m.
November 9
Disturbance: Police responded to a call on 160th Street at 1:38 a.m. that involved a verbal disturbance between multiple parties. Officers determined no crime had been committed; the parties agreed to disburse for the night.
Suspicious: Police received a report of an intoxicated female seated in the passenger seat of a car parked on Green Heights Trail. The reporting party indicated they were worried the woman would attempt to drive. The driver stated he was the “sober cab” for the woman.
Burglary: A case involving a commercial burglary on Dakota Street at 3:05 p.m. is pending final processing.
Accident: A minor accident was reported at 7:43 p.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard. While attempting to park in the parking lot, one vehicle hit another that was unoccupied.
Disturbance: Police responded to a verbal disturbance that was reported at 9:33 p.m. on Main Avenue. The reporting party said she had been pushed by a male patron. Officers spoke to several people who said the reporting party instigated the disturbance and she was requested to leave.

November 10
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with times noted: Mystic Lake Boulevard, 12:05 a.m.; Adelmann Street, 3:45 p.m.; Gateway Street, 7:32 p.m.; 160th Street, 8:49 p.m.; Blind Lake Trail, 9:24 p.m.
November 11
Fraud: A report of fraud made by an Evanston Avenue resident at 10:58 a.m. is pending processing by police.
Accident: Police received a report of an accident that occurred at 3:26 p.m. on Credit River Road when a vehicle struck a truck that had been parked in a parking lot.
Animal: Three loose cows were reported at 7:54 a.m. near the intersection of 140th Street and Pike Lake Trail. The cows eventually returned to the herd and a voice mail was left for the owner.
Assault: A 43-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested on Beach Street for misdemeanor domestic assault.
