December 2
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Blind Lake Trail, 11:08 a.m.; Colorado Street, 3:35 p.m.; Park Place, 8:07 p.m.
December 3
Assault: A 54-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault, causing fear of harm and misdemeanor criminal assault/inflicting bodily harm.
Assault: A 16-year-old juvenile from Prior Lake was arrested for misdemeanor criminal assault/inflicting bodily harm.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Park Nicollet Avenue, 3:41 a.m.; Fish Point Road, 6:48 a.m.; Shepherd’s Path, 5:04 p.m.; Birchwood Avenue, 8:33 p.m.; Edgewood Drive, 9:09 p.m.
December 4
Arson: A 64-year-old man from Coon Rapids was arrested for felony wildlife arson, setting wildfires, gross misdemeanor wildfire arson, possession of flammables to set wildfires, misdemeanor forestry/careless or negligent fires.
Suspicious: Police received a call at 6:54 p.m. from a resident on Preserve Boulevard who said an unknown male was driving around the neighborhood and came up to her door. Police made contact with the individual and determined he was a Door Dash driver who went up to the wrong house.

December 5
Accident: No injuries were reported in an accident that occurred at 7:53 a.m. near the intersection of Panama Avenue and Village Lake Drive.
Accident: A person driving on Jeffers Pass at 4:49 p.m. hit a patch of ice on Jeffers Pass, collided with a mailbox and ended up on a resident’s yard.
Accident: Police were dispatched at 6:42 p.m. following a report of a car in the ditch near 180th Street and Mushtown Road. The reporting party told police that he observed several people helping two elderly ladies out of the vehicle who did not appear to be injured or intoxicated.
Accident: A driver reversing out of a parking spot on Colorado Street at 6:56 p.m. collided with an unoccupied parked car, which pushed that vehicle into another. Minor damage was reported for the first and third vehicle; the second car hit sustained moderate damage to the rear driver’s side tire area.
Fraud: A resident living on Tranquility Court reported at 10:01 a.m. an incident involving identity theft.
Warrant: A 40-year-old man from St. Paul was arrested for a warrant that had been issued by Morrison County involving felony first degree drug charges.

December 6
Accident: A passerby reported at 11:23 a.m. a car in the ditch near the intersection of Highway 13 and 170th Street. There were no injuries. Another party who came upon the scene called a towing service.
Accident: An accident with injuries occurred at 1:20 p.m. at the intersection of 140th Street and Crest Avenue. A driver traveling east entered the intersection on a green light. Another driver turning south on Crest had a blinking yellow light, did not see the other vehicle, sustained injuries from the crash and was transported to an area hospital. The other driver was evaluated by paramedics but was not transported from the scene.
Accident: A driver who had parked his vehicle at a restaurant on Green Heights Trail called police at 8:52 p.m. to report that the bumper on the passenger side had been damaged. Officers reviewed security footage, contacted the owner of the car that was believed to be involved. Accident forms were mailed to both parties.
Suspicious: Police were called at 12:01 p.m. to a gymnastics event that was being held on Fish Point Road. A male assumed to be approximately 20 years old was taking photos during the event with what appeared to be a professional size camera. A parent approached him and the man removed the memory card from the camera and placed it in his pocket. The man was reportedly nervous, said he paid admission and did not have to answer questions. An organizer asked that the man be cited for trespassing, upon which he left willingly.
Theft: A 41-year-old man from St. Paul was arrested for felony fifth degree possession of methamphetamines, mail theft, driving after revocation, having no insurance or unregistered vehicle, and on a cannabis open package violation.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Tranquility Court, 5:23 a.m.; Northwood Road, 9:47 a.m.; Raspberry Ridge Road, 7:25 p.m.; Bluff Heights Trail, 9:24 p.m.
December 7
Accident: No injuries were reported following a single vehicle accident that occurred at 9:18 p.m. near Thunderbird Circle and McKenna Road.
Suspicious: Police received a report of a suspicious vehicle at 5:14 p.m. on Jeffers Pass, after school hours. They found a father was teaching his son how to drive.
Traffic Criminal: A 41-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for gross misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, refusal to test and misdemeanor driving while impaired.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Park Nicollet Avenue, 2:59 a.m.; Park Nicollet Avenue, 8:20 a.m.; Dakota Trail, 10:17 a.m.; Carriage Hill Road, 2:56 p.m.; Nightingale Circle, 3:44 p.m.
December 8
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Raspberry Ridge Road, 2:01 p.m.; 170th Street, 5:14 p.m.; Candlewood Lane, 9:49 p.m.
December 9
Accident: A driver turning southbound on to Arcadia Street slid into the roundabout sign at 7:04 p.m. The front bumper of the vehicle sustained minor damage.
Accident: Two vehicles traveling at 8:08 p.m. near County Road 42 and Mystic Lake Drive sustained disabling damage following a collision.
Property Damage: A resident living on Green Heights Trail reported at 11:09 a.m. that someone had driven into his yard the previous night and ran over his mailbox.
