A winter wellness snowshoe class for adults is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 11, from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve in Savage.
Participants will be led on a guided, scenic snowshoe trail through the woods, pausing briefly at three destinations to engage in meditation.
All levels of experience are welcome to participate. The program is free and open to all ages 18 and up. Free snowshoe rental is included. Reservations can be made by calling (763) 559-6700.
Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve is operated by Three Rivers Park District and is located at 15501 Murphy Lake Blvd., Savage.
