January 27
Accident: A vehicle traveling near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue and Marsh Drive at 3:22 a.m. hit a deer.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Jordan Avenue, 12:17 a.m.; Mystic Lake Boulevard, 2:56 a.m.; Jordan Avenue, 3:52 a.m.; Pheasant Run Court, 6:37 a.m.; Highway 13, 12:44 p.m.; Fountain Hills Drive, 7:27 p.m.
January 28
Accident: A head-on collision occurred at 7:51 a.m. near the intersection of Credit River Road and Industrial Circle.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Grainwood Circle, 2:30 a.m.; Crossandra Street, 5:09 a.m.; Station Place, 4:02 p.m.
January 29
Theft: Police received a report that mailboxes located in the vicinity of Wood Duck Trail and Wilds Parkway had been gone through in the overnight hours. The report was made by a member of the neighborhood homeowners’ association board who was advised to have the victim file a report with police.
Accident: No injuries were reported following a two-vehicle crash that happened at 10:12 a.m. at Mystic Lake Boulevard and Mystic Lake Drive.
Accident: A mail truck was involved in a collision reported at 2:49 p.m. on Miller Circle.
Accident: An accident that occurred at 6:14 p.m. in the roundabout located at Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue resulted in no injuries.
Found Property: While conducting routine patrol duties, an officer located a leather wallet in a parking lot on Duluth Avenue. Its owner was located and the wallet returned to him.
Assist: Police were called by a Shepherd’s Path resident at 10:59 p.m., requesting assistance with a toilet problem. Police shut off the water.

January 30
Motor Vehicle: A 34-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Sioux Trail on felony charges that involved receiving stolen property.
Assist: A CJ Circle resident went to the Prior Lake Police Department at 9:31 a.m. to request assistance with his life alert button. He was advised to contact the family member who had originally ordered it for him to gather more information.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Turner Drive, 12:28 a.m.; Sunray Circle, 2:52 a.m.; Dakota Street, 4:02 p.m.; Fish Point Road, 8:14 p.m.
January 31
Obstructing: A 26-year-old woman from Spring, Texas, was cited at 4:23 a.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
Accident: While providing traffic control for a fire near Highway 13 and Candy Cove Trail, a police officer’s vehicle that was parked on the shoulder with emergency lights activated was rear-ended by another vehicle at 12:51 p.m.
Accident: No injuries were reported after one vehicle struck another at 9:07 p.m. while it was parked in the valet area on Mystic Lake Boulevard.
Assault: A domestic assault was reported at 9:50 p.m. by a resident on Lyons Avenue. The case has been sent for review of charges.

February 1
Warrant: A 37-year-old Golden Valley woman was arrested for a misdemeanor Hennepin County warrant for fourth degree DWI.
Assault: Police received a report involving a domestic assault at 3:55 p.m. that occurred on Island View Road. The case has been sent for review of charges.
Fire: Police responded to a report of an oven fire at 3:56 p.m. on Brunswick Avenue. The fire had been extinguished by the Prior Lake Fire Department upon arrival, so no further assistance was needed.
Suspicious: Police received a report regarding a suspicious vehicle being parked near the intersection of Meadowlawn Trail and Hampton Street at 11:26 p.m. Police investigated and found the occupants of the van were doing snow removal for a homeowners’ association in the area.

February 2

February 3
Suspicious: A resident of Watersedge Trail who was out of town called police to report they had observed a male dressed in black peering into her windows at 10:17 a.m. Officers could not find the person when they went to the home. The homeowner called back later and said the man was working with the pest control company that was hired and the report could be disregarded.
