This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between Feb. 10-17, 2026. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
February 10
Suspicious activity: Police were requested to come to Fountain Hills Drive and do a walk-through of a building after the caller reported finding a door that had been left open. Nothing out of the ordinary was found.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Shepherd’s Path, 9:52 a.m.; Marsh Drive, 12:33 p.m.; Lemley Circle, 5:56 p.m.
February 11
Slumper: Police received a report at 3:41 a.m. from a party on Fountain Hills Drive involving a vehicle that was left running and occupied by one person. The driver was reportedly asleep on the steering wheel and was difficult to awaken. The driver admitted to drinking one alcoholic beverage several hours earlier and was found to be well under the legal limit. Police advised the driver to sleep at home.
Found: Police received a report of property found at 10:52 a.m. on Park Nicollet Avenue. It included a backpack with miscellaneous items of no evidentiary value which was placed into the property holding area.
Accident: No injuries were sustained in an accident that occurred at 3:08 p.m. on Dakota Street.
Harassment: Police received a report from a person living on Wilderness Trail involving harassment. The call was received at 6:59 p.m. and has been sent for review of charges.

February 12
Stolen property: Police were called at 4:03 p.m. to Mission Trail and arrested a 48-year-old man from Sauk Rapids for misdemeanor receiving of stolen property and misdemeanor motor vehicle registration involving an unregistered certificate.
Traffic criminal: A 45-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested at 10:44 p.m. near the intersection of County Road 82 and Majestic for second degree DWI, second degree driving while impaired and driving over the center line.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Franklin Circle, 8:06 a.m.; Rolling Oaks Circle, 8:43 a.m.; Memorial Trail, 3:14 p.m.; Jordan Avenue, 4:49 p.m.; Shepherd’s Path, 5:46 p.m.; Wilds Path, 7:35 p.m.
February 13
Obstructing: A 47-year-old Zimmerman man was arrested for misdemeanor trespassing, refusing to depart, misdemeanor obstruction of legal process and interfering with a police officer. The incident was reported at 2:31 a.m. on Park Place.
Assault: Police investigated a report of domestic assault at 7:19 a.m. that was reported to have occurred on Arctic Circle.
Accident: Police investigated a hit-and-run accident that was reported at 8:09 a.m. near the intersection of Pleasant Street and Main Avenue.
Accident: A single-vehicle accident occurred at 10:07 a.m. at Northwood and Hawk Ridge roads after the car crashed into a curb. No injuries were reported.

February 14
Accident: No one was injured in an accident that occurred near the intersection of Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue at 10:17 a.m.
Accident: Police are processing an accident that was reported at 5:57 p.m. that occurred on Mystic Lake Boulevard.
Accident: No one was injured in an accident that occurred on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 8:02 p.m.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Shepherd’s Path, 8:03 a.m.; Dakota Trail, 10:16 a.m.; Tower Street, 1:10 p.m.; Main Avenue, 8:56 p.m.
February 15
Accident: An accident was reported at 11:35 a.m. that occurred on Dakotah Parkway; no injuries were sustained.
Traffic criminal: A 47-year-0ld Burnsville man was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard for second degree DWI with two aggravating factors and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .20.
Fire: Police responded to a report of a vehicle fire at 7:29 p.m. on Willow Lane.

February 16

February 17
Accident: An accident was reported to police at 12:29 p.m. that occurred on Pleasant Street and is pending processing by the department.
Accident: No injuries were sustained from a crash that happened at 1:37 p.m. on Trail of Dreams.
Accident: An accident that occurred at 4:55 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 13 and Franklin Trail did involve injuries and is being processed by the police department.
Fire: Police investigated a report of an outdoor fire at 8:03 p.m. on Pleasant Street.
