This report is based on information submitted by the Prior Lake Police Department for responses between March 4-10, 2026. All calls for service may not be included; all subjects arrested and named are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
March 4
Suspicious Activity: A resident living on Timber Crest Drive reported at 6:48 a.m. that she received a note taped on both her front and back doors that included a phone number and stated she was supposed to meet the unidentified person. The reporting party did not know which neighbor had posted the notes, but wanted the incident documented.
Harassment: A report was received at 8:11 a.m. from an employee who worked at a business located on Fairlawn Avenue. The person said a red pickup truck drove through the parking lot the previous afternoon and gave employees the middle finger. Police advised that if the behavior continued, consideration should be given to filing a harassment restraining order.
Accident: An accident was reported at 10:11 a.m. that occurred at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Main Avenue. The case is pending processing.
Accident: No injuries were reported in an accident that occurred on Sioux Trail at 2:17 p.m. A person was driving a vehicle on the ring road, and it was struck by another. There was only light, non-disabling damage done to the vehicles and insurance information was exchanged.

No contact order: A 30-year-old man from Albert Lea was arrested for a misdemeanor domestic abuse violation and misdemeanor criminal domestic assault/inflicting bodily harm.

March 5
Harassment: A person living on Memorial Trail called police at 2:50 p.m. regarding unwanted text messages that were being received from her father’s girlfriend. The messages were not threatening, but rather, an annoyance. She was given information about filing a harassment restraining order.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Oak Ridge Circle, 2:23 a.m.; Itasca Avenue, 3:23 a.m.; Edgewater Circle, 9:01 a.m.; Franklin Trail, 3:28 p.m.; Colorado Street, 10:02 p.m.
March 6
Drugs: A 38-year-old Savage resident was arrested at 5:14 a.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard for felony fifth degree possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor trespass, two felony Scott County warrants for fifth degree possession and misdemeanor Hennepin County warrant for trespass.
Harassment: A West Woodland Trail resident reported at 10:17 p.m. that the father of her child had been posting on social media and sending text messages to her. Police provided information about how to file a harassment restraining order and suggested she change her telephone number and obtain a new Apple ID.
Found Property: A person living on West Woodland Trail found a wallet and turned it into the police department. Police personnel attempted to call the person who was listed on the driver’s license but were unable to reach them or leave a message.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Aspen Avenue, 2:06 a.m.; Blind Lake Trail, 1:55 p.m.; Deerfield Drive, 8:51 p.m.; Crownline Drive, 8:59 p.m.
March 7
Accident: A report of an accident on Mystic Lake Boulevard was reported at 12:22 a.m. The owner reported that he noticed minor damage to the rear of the vehicle when he returned to his car. Small pieces of the vehicle could be seen on the pavement near where it had been parked. Authorities were unable to substantiate an accident had occurred.
Hazard: Police responded to a report of a gas/chemical leak on Fox Tail Trail. The incident was reported at 9:16 a.m. The Prior Lake Fire Department was on the scene when police arrived.
Property Damage: While police officers and Allina personnel were at a medical call, the Allina medical unit on the scene had not been properly placed into park and rolled down the street, striking a tree. The incident happened at 5:09 p.m. on Wilderness Ridge Road.
Accident: No injuries were reported from an accident that occurred on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 8:41 p.m. Information was exchanged between the parties involved. There was no disabling damage done to either vehicle.
Accident: A driver attempting to back into a parking spot in the employee parking lot on Mystic Lake Boulevard struck an unoccupied vehicle, causing moderate damage. An accident report was completed. No citations were issued and no injuries were reported.

March 8
Assault: A 34-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault at 1:38 a.m. on Mystic Lake Boulevard.
Accident: A two-vehicle accident occurred at 10:35 a.m. in the roundabout located on Highway 13 at Eagle Creek Avenue. One vehicle was traveling westbound on Eagle Creek Avenue while the other was headed southbound on Highway 13 when the collision happened. Both vehicles sustained minor damage, and there were no injuries.
Disturbance: Police were called to the area near Aspen Avenue and Shady Beach Drive following a report made at 6:58 p.m. about loud screaming. Officers searched the area and found kids playing outside. All were okay and said they were just playing.
Hazard: A report of a dead animal in the middle of the roadway was received at 11:57 p.m. near the intersection of County Road 42 and McKenna Road. Police removed the animal.
Medical: Police responded to the following requests for medical assistance from these locations with time noted: Park Nicollet Avenue, 6:50 a.m.; Pike Lake Trail, 8:23 p.m.
March 9
Lost Property: A person reported to police at 11:38 a.m. that they had been on Pheasant Meadow Lane the night before, had placed a coat on the roof of the car and then drove away. The coat contained a cell phone and house keys in the pocket. The coat could not be found in the area, but police documented the incident.
Warrant: A 16-year-old juvenile from Prior Lake was arrested for two Scott County warrants, gross misdemeanor fleeing and gross misdemeanor obstruction of legal process.
Accident: An accident was reported at 8:18 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 13 and Candy Cove Trail. One vehicle sustained minor damage to the front passenger side while the other had moderate damage, also to the front passenger side.

March 10
