June 15, 2026
Drugs: A vial of anabolic steroids was found at 3:24 p.m. in a mail tub at a business located on Village Lake Drive. There were no suspects or leads related to the report. Police secured the drugs in the evidence locker.

June 16, 2026
Fraud: A resident living on Dakota Street called police at 12:08 p.m. to report she had received a fraudulent phone call from someone claiming to be a member of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry.

Fraud: A person living on Marshfield Lane called at 1:39 p.m. to report identity theft involving medical services received at Mayo Clinic in Rochester. The person advised police they had already filed a report with the Rochester Police Department when the original incident happened in the previous year.
Weapons: A 23-year-old man was arrested for two counts of gross misdemeanor involving dangerous weapons — furnishing it to a child under 14, gross misdemeanor carry/possession of a pistol without a permit in a public place and misdemeanor cannabis open package. The incident occurred at 5:54 p.m. on Kop Parkway.
Accident: No injuries were reported following an accident that occurred in a parking ramp on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 7:55 p.m. A driver was pulling into a parking spot and damaged the front passenger side quarter panel and bumper of an unoccupied vehicle. Minor damage was done to both vehicles.

June 17, 2026
Drugs: A 33-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fourth-degree DWI. The arrest was made at 4:38 a.m. on Sioux Trail.
Fire: A fire was reported at 3:03 p.m. on Fountain Hills Court. The original call was for a potential gas leak, but the Prior Lake Fire Department found lightning had struck in the neighborhood, causing an unsafe level of gas throughout the area, and one townhouse was on fire. The entire neighborhood was evacuated while Center Point Energy isolated the incident and was on the scene until the gas leak had been resolved.
Fraud: A resident living on Edgewood Drive called police at 3:07 p.m. to report she received a scam phone call from a subject claiming to be with a bank in Hutchinson. She provided the caller with her personal account information. She reported the incident to the bank, and their personnel were investigating the incident, but a police case number was required. The caller was advised to contact Prior Lake Police if the bank was unable to refund her money.
Rescue: Police were called at 8:09 p.m. to Highland Avenue where they found others on the scene who were able to use a floor jack to lift a car off of a man. He sustained bruising and an indentation on the left side of his chest. Allina Medical arrived on the scene and transported the man to Hennepin County Medical Center for evaluation. The injured party was able to walk under his own power to the gurney and was conscious and breathing when the ambulance left for the hospital.

Fraud: A Bobcat Circle resident reported to police at 12:28 p.m. that an unknown individual had been issued a New Mexico state identification card under his name which caused him problems in obtaining a new Minnesota driver’s license. The caller was advised to file a police report so new state identification could be obtained.

June 19, 2026
Accident: Two vehicles collided at 9:57 p.m. in the roundabout located at Highway 13 and Eagle Creek Avenue. The driver of one vehicle was heading west on Eagle Creek while the other was going northbound on Highway 13. Minor damage was done to both vehicles, but both could be driven from the scene.

June 20, 2026
Hazard: A report was made at 10:56 a.m. that a dead animal was blocking traffic near the intersection of County Road 42 and McKenna Road. Officers found no dead animal but did clear the debris they found from the roadway.
Disturbance: Police received a report of a verbal argument over a parking spot on Crest Avenue. The incident was reported at 2:03 p.m. by a park attendant. The two males who had been arguing made amends and moved on by the time officers arrived at the scene.
Accident: No injuries were reported following a two-car collision that occurred on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 7:56 p.m. One was exiting a parking row, entered the driving lane and reportedly T-boned the other car. Both vehicles sustained minor, non-disabling damage.

June 21, 2026
Suspicious: Police investigated a report of a suspicious male walking near Revere Way and Adelmann Street at approximately 12:02 a.m. The caller said he was wearing a ski mask. Police searched the area but found no one matching that description.
Traffic Criminal: A 34-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for gross misdemeanor obstruction of legal process, third-degree DWI — driving while impaired, third-degree DWI — refusing to submit to a chemical test and traffic collision.
Civil: The owner of a truck parked on Marsh Street at 5:52 p.m. called police to report that a teenager ran into his vehicle, causing a tail light to crack. The juvenile contacted his parents, who agreed to pay for the damages. Contact was made with the police department for documentation purposes.
Threats: A person living on Franklin Trail called at 5:57 p.m. to update a previous fraud case, indicating the person who previously scammed her was now making threats if she did not send more money. The person was advised to block her social media account.
Suspicious: Police responded to a call made at 7:22 p.m. to report that two males had climbed onto the balcony of an apartment on Marsh Drive. They met one person who had permission from the owner to be there.
