July 6, 2026
Traffic Criminal: A 41-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for misdemeanor fourth-degree DWI. The arrest was made at 8:31 a.m. near Flandreau Trail and Mystic Lake Boulevard.
Accident: Police responded to a report of an accident near the intersection of County Road 42 and Rutgers Street at 2:53 p.m. that involved a vehicle and bicycle. There were no injuries.
Accident: A two-vehicle accident was reported at 4:16 p.m. near County Road 42 and Highway 13. There were no injuries.
Suspicious: Police received a report at 6:23 p.m. regarding strange men playing in a sandbox on Rustic Road.

July 7, 2026
Hazard: Police were called at 10:18 a.m. to Island View Circle, where a gas line had been struck. Members of the Prior Lake Fire Department handled the call.
Structure Fire: Police responded to a report of a fire in a garbage can at 12:28 p.m. on Cedar Circle. Upon arrival, the fire had already been extinguished. It was ruled accidental after cigarette butts were found in the can.
Hazard: A report of a gas line being hit on Cedarwood Street was received at 4:37 p.m. The Prior Lake Fire Department took care of the call.
Drugs: A 19-year-old Burnsville man was cited for cannabis open package, use, possession and transport of cannabis while being under the age of 21 and failure to stop for a stop sign. A 19-year-old Burnsville woman was also cited for cannabis use, possession and transport while under the age of 21. The stop was made by police at 6:32 p.m. on Highway 13.

July 8, 2026
Hazard: Police were called at 5:05 p.m. to the intersection of Fairlawn Shore Trail and 150th Street, where they found a large volume of water flowing from underneath the pavement, along the roadway and into the main storm drain. The Public Works Department was notified, responded to the scene and addressed the problem.

July 9, 2026
Warrant: A 19-year-old Chisago City man was arrested for a Ramsey County misdemeanor warrant for driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to appear. The arrest was made at 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of County Road 82 and Bobcat Trail.
Accident: Police received a report of an accident involving a vehicle and a bicycle at County Road 42 and Rolling Oaks Circle which resulted in injuries. The accident occurred at 9:55 a.m.
Accident: A hit-and-run accident was reported on Mystic Lake Boulevard at 5:57 p.m. There were no injuries.

July 10, 2026
Obstructing: A 36-year-old man from New Brighton was arrested on a felony warrant out of Washington County for fifth-degree possession and was cited for misdemeanor obstruction. The arrest was made at 12:53 p.m. on St. Francis Avenue.
Suspicious: Police received a report at 7:57 p.m. from a party on Lost Horizon Circle who believed a ladder was being stolen from the site. Police confirmed with the company’s owner that the workers were moving the ladder to a new job site.
Slumper: Police were called to St. Paul Avenue and 160th Street at 8:07 p.m. to investigate a potential slumper. Police spoke to the driver who indicated he was providing sober cab services for friends who were attending Lakefront Music Fest and was taking a nap while waiting for them.
Warrant: A 39-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested at 8:46 p.m. at Highway 13 and 160th Street on a Minneapolis FBI felony warrant.

Hazard: Police responded to a call made from a driver located near Mystic Lake Drive and Flandreau Trail. The person reported a small fire started in the engine compartment but had been extinguished. A local towing service was called to assist.
Traffic Criminal: A 66-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested for third-degree DWI, refusal, fourth-degree DWI and disorderly conduct. The arrest was made at 6:48 p.m. on Colorado Street.
Accident: No one was injured in an accident reported at 10:33 p.m. at Highway 13 and Rustic Road.
