Dr. Tim Anderson, Executive Director of Academic Services for Prior Lake-Savage Area Schools, has been hired by Northfield Public Schools to fill the role of superintendent.
Anderson holds a doctorate of education in educational leadership from the University of Minnesota, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Minnesota, and a bachelor’s degree in social studies secondary education from St. Olaf College. He also has Minnesota licensure as a superintendent, K-12 principal and secondary social studies teacher.
His resignation is expected to be considered by the PLSAS board at its June 8 meeting. Anderson’s pending start date at Northfield is July 1, according to that school district’s website.
